What it does
Frozen margaritas, strawberry daiquiris, or a plain fruit slush with no alcohol at all — the machine does not care. It is the rental that turns a backyard into a party, and in Memphis heat it is the first thing guests find. Corporate hosts book it for end-of-season parties and office picnics; families book it for 40th birthdays and graduation cookouts; couples put it at the reception bar as the signature drink. Mix is not on our price list, so plan on bringing your own and ask us anything about it when you book. It plugs in, so plan a spot near an outlet and out of the dance-floor traffic.
One machine or two
Most parties run one machine with one flavor. If you want two flavors with no waiting, that is two machines — tell us your guest count and we will be honest about what is on the shelf for your date. Either way, put it in your quote list early. Like the dance floor and specialty linens, this is a finite item, and the event planning timeline says book the finite pieces first.
Glasses and the bar
A frozen drink wants a real glass. The Margarita Glass is $1.25 each on the 2026 price list; the 16 oz Hi-Ball Glass at $0.65 does the slush job for a family party. Count about one and a half glasses per guest for a bar that runs all evening, and rinse-and-crate them at the end. Give the machine a home: a Serpentine Bar ($75.00, with or without skirting) makes a real bar, or a skirted 6' banquet table does the same job for less. A 120 Qt. Cooler at $35.00 holds the ice and the backup cans, and the Electric Cube Freezer ($100.00) keeps a second batch frozen. Our glassware page has the rest of the bar, and the china, glassware and flatware guide covers how many glasses a bar really needs.
Delivery, pickup and return
Delivery runs Monday through Friday 9am–4pm and Saturday 9am–noon, quoted by distance and order size before you book. Standard delivery is first floor, no stairs, within 50 feet of the truck, to an easily accessible area — stairs, elevators, long carries, and non-standard hours carry an additional charge that goes on your quote, not on a surprise invoice. Plenty of hosts skip the truck: will-call pickup at 174 Collins Street, Suite 104 in Midtown runs Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, and rates are based on one-day or weekend use, so a Friday pickup and Monday return covers a Saturday party. Empty and rinse the machine before it goes back, the same as the glassware; excessively dirty returns can carry a cleaning charge, so if rinsing will not be possible, tell us in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves it, and changes are free up to one week before your date.
Seen in real Memphis events
Team parties in Millington, backyard cookouts in Cordova, company picnics and milestone birthdays across the Mid-South — the frozen drink machine rides on the truck for all of them. The cocktail-hour photos on this page show the bar side of the room it lives in: flutes tied with ribbon on a black cocktail table, a martini glass on stacked square plates. The machine sits right beside setups like these. Look through the gallery for more real tables, and see corporate events for how offices use it.
