A showroom that works like a resource
Our Midtown showroom — 174 Collins Street, Suite 104, Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm — is built for working visits. Bring a client, put linen colors side by side under real light, compare Gold Band against Platinum Band, and leave with decisions made. No appointments are ever needed; walk-ins are the point.
Itemized quotes without the phone tag
Every category page on this site shows our real inventory with the published 2026 price list, so you can budget a job before you ever call. Build a pull list with quantities in the quote cart, attach the date, the venue, and delivery-or-will-call, and send it. We confirm availability and come back with an itemized quote — your count sheet and our quote are the same document from day one.
Delivery windows you can plan around
Standard delivery runs Monday–Friday 9am–4pm and Saturday 9am–noon — and Saturday trucks matter when load-in is Saturday morning. Standard delivery means first floor, no stairs, within 50 feet of the vehicle; stairs, elevators, non-standard hours, and long carries are quoted as an additional charge on the quote, not discovered on the invoice. Delivery is quoted by distance and order size. Setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, tablecloths, and chair covers is available for an additional fee — ask for rates when you book.
Will-call & returns
Have your own crew and a van? Will-call pickup at the Collins Street warehouse works on the business day nearest the event, with return the next business day. Our return standards are published on the policies page — dishes rinsed and crated, tables and chairs folded and under cover — so your staff and ours are always counting the same way.
