Board dinner for twelve or company picnic for the whole plant — Party Connection has supplied Memphis corporate functions since 1987, from the caterers and venues that host them to the office admins who get the whole thing dropped in their lap on a Tuesday.

The room, set right

Eight-foot banquet tables for registration and buffets, 60" and 72" rounds for seated dinners, and bistro-height tables that keep a networking reception on its feet. Dress them in linens from nearly 200 named colors — matching your brand color is very doable — with skirting for the head table. Add the mahogany podium or wooden lectern for the speeches, pipe and drape to create a backdrop or divide a big room, stanchions with red rope and red carpet for an entrance worth photographing, a raffle drum for the giveaway, and a garment rack for coat check.

Food & beverage service

Caterer coming? We speak their language: 8-quart standard and crown chafers, 4-quart chafers for sides, an electric food warmer, tray jacks with trays, and serving pieces down to the ladles and tongs. Coffee service comes on china — cups, saucers, and china coffee and tea pots — with carafes and pitchers for the tables. For celebrations, add the cake plateau, a punch set, or the frozen drink machine that turns a holiday party into a party.

LED uplights, Italian bistro lights, and a disco ball can change a conference room's mind about itself. And yes — we rent a dance floor; call for pricing.

Or start from our Corporate Meeting for 25 starter package — banquet tables, seating, floor-length linens, and china coffee service — and resize it to your headcount. Delivery runs Monday–Friday 9am–4pm and Saturday 9am–noon; setup and breakdown are available for an additional fee; and will-call pickup at our Midtown showroom works well for small orders.
