Tables & Chairs at Party Connection
Every event starts with tables and chairs, and we stock the full range. Round tables run 30" to 72" — including cocktail-height bistro tops — alongside 4', 6', and 8' banquet tables, serpentine buffets, and a serpentine bar. Chairs go from white and black folding chairs at $1.95 to natural wood and white resin folding chairs, plus Chiavari chairs in five finishes — White Wash, Fruitwood, Silver, Gold, and Natural Wood — each with its pad included, and Chiavari barstools to match. Kids' parties are covered too: children's tables, chairs, high chairs, and booster seats. A 60" round seats 8 to 10; our seating guide plans the whole room from your guest count. Prices are from the 2026 price list and confirmed on your quote. Need one table and eight chairs for Sunday? That's a real order here. Pick up at the Midtown showroom, or ask about delivery, which runs Monday through Saturday.
Tables & Chairs questions
How many people fit at each table?
A 60" round seats 8 to 10, a 72" round seats 10 to 11, and a 48" round seats 6 to 7. Banquet tables seat 6 to 8 at the 6-foot and 8 to 10 at the 8-foot. Give us your guest count and we'll plan the whole room with you.
Do you rent cocktail (highboy) tables?
Yes — our bistro tables are cocktail-height tables, the same thing many people call highboy tables. They're $12.00 each on the 2026 price list, and a 120" round tablecloth dresses one to the floor.
Do Chiavari chairs come with a cushion?
Yes — the $9.00 rate on the 2026 price list is for a Chiavari chair with pad. Cushions come in White, Ivory, and Black to match your linens.
Can I rent just one table and a few chairs?
Absolutely. Small orders are welcome — one table and eight chairs is a real order here. Pick up at the Midtown showroom, or ask us about delivery.
Do you set up the tables and chairs?
Setup and breakdown is available for an additional fee — ask our staff for rates when you book. Standard delivery is to a first-floor spot within 50 feet of the truck, with no stairs.
