What this site is

This site is an online catalog and quote-request tool. It's provided for your information — browsing it doesn't create a rental agreement.

Prices & availability

Prices shown are from our published 2026 price list and are confirmed on your quote. A damage waiver of 10% of the rental subtotal is added to every order and is shown as its own line on your quote. Items marked "Call" are quoted individually. Inventory availability changes daily, and submitting a quote request is not a reservation. An order is reserved when we confirm availability and your 50% non-refundable deposit is placed.

Rental terms

The terms that govern an actual rental — deposit, changes and cancellations, delivery, cleaning, returns, and damage — live on our rental policies page and on your invoice/contract. If this website and your invoice ever disagree, the invoice governs.

Content & accuracy

We work to keep photos, item lists, and prices accurate, but we can't guarantee the site is error-free. Colors on a screen can differ from fabric in hand — that's what the showroom is for. The content on this site belongs to Party Connection; please don't reuse it without permission.
