Party Rental Prices in Memphis — the 2026 List
Everything we rent is priced on one sheet — the 2026 price list, reproduced below and always confirmed on your quote. Rates are based on one day or weekend use: pick up the business day nearest your event and return the next business day.
Read on
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your order, and changes or cancellations need to reach us at least one week before your pickup or delivery date. A 10% damage waiver is added to every order and shows as its own line on your quote. Delivery runs Monday through Saturday and is quoted by distance and order size; setup and breakdown is available for an additional fee. No hidden fees — that's been the deal since 1987. Build your list with the quote cart, or come price it out in person at the Midtown showroom, Monday through Friday, 9 to 4.

The fine print, in plain English
- Reservations should be made in advance to ensure availability.
- Rental rates are based on one day or weekend use. Equipment can be picked up the business day nearest your event date and returned the next business day.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your order.
- A damage waiver of 10% of the rental subtotal is added to every order. It is figured on the rental items only — not on delivery, setup, or tax — and appears as its own line on your quote and your invoice.
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least one week before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. After that, the full order is charged.
- No credit is issued for items returned unused, and no credit is issued unless problems are reported immediately — contact us right away if anything is wrong with your order.
- A late fee applies to equipment returned after the contract dates.
- Rinse dishes, tableware, and glassware free of food and return them in their crates. Excessively dirty returns can carry a cleaning charge of up to 100% of the rental rate; special arrangements are available if you can't rinse before return.
- For delivery pickups, have all equipment ready when we arrive — tables and chairs folded and left under cover, dishes rinsed and crated.
- Standard delivery is to a first-floor, easily accessible spot with no stairs, within 50 feet of the delivery vehicle. Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday 9am–4pm and Saturday 9am–noon; non-standard hours are routinely available for an additional fee.
- Lost or damaged equipment carries replacement or repair charges. Count and check your order on receipt — if no representative is available, the invoice or contract count stands.
- Setup and breakdown of equipment — tables, chairs, tablecloths, chair covers, and more — is available for an additional fee. Ask our staff for rates.
- Dance floor pricing is by quote — call (901) 309-9664.
