Estate and barn venues bring the setting; the tables still have to come from somewhere. Our 2026 price list covers Chiavari chairs with pads, linens in five fabric lines — Polyester, Satin, Majestic, Iridescent Crush, and Krinkle — chair covers with sashes, white and banded china, some 35 glassware types, four flatware patterns, charger plates, candelabras, and an arch. Everything a bare lawn or barn needs to seat and serve a wedding, with prices confirmed on your quote.
We run TN-57 east through Collierville to Rossville Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to noon. Delivery is quoted by distance and order size — the exact fee is on your quote. Standard delivery is first-floor, within 50 feet of the truck; longer carries and tricky site access carry an additional charge, so tell us about the property when you book. Yes — Rossville is inside our Fayette County delivery area, and we deliver Monday through Saturday. Estate properties can mean long carries, and access beyond 50 feet of the truck carries an additional charge — tell us about the site when you book and it goes on the quote.
Can you set everything up at the venue?
Setup and breakdown are available for an additional fee — ask when you book. With standard delivery, tables and chairs just need to be folded and stacked under cover for pickup, and dishes and glassware rinsed and back in their crates.
