Decor at Party Connection

The details people photograph are usually rented. Our decor shelf covers ceremony to last dance: the White Colonnade and 6' columns, silver and crystal candelabras, lanterns, vases, and floating candle bowls up front; a wishing well and card box for the gift table; pipe and drape for a clean backdrop, stanchions with red rope, and a red carpet at $6.00 a foot for entrances. When the dancing starts, we rent multicolor LED uplights, Italian bistro lights, a disco ball, and the dance floor itself — call (901) 309-9664 for dance floor pricing. Practical pieces live here too: a mahogany lectern, easels, a raffle drum, garment racks, and patio heaters for cool nights. Everything is a rental piece you place yourself, with setup and breakdown available for an additional fee. Prices are from the 2026 price list and confirmed on your quote. Walk the Midtown showroom Monday through Friday, 9 to 4, and see it all in person before you commit.

How much is the dance floor?

Dance floor pricing is by quote — call (901) 309-9664 with your date, venue, and the size you have in mind, and we'll price it for your event.

Do you deliver and set up decor like the colonnade or pipe and drape?

Delivery runs Monday through Saturday and is quoted by distance and order size. Setup and breakdown is available for an additional fee — ask our staff for rates when you book.

Can I see decor pieces before I rent?

Yes — the Midtown showroom is open Monday through Friday, 9 to 4, and no appointment is ever needed. Walk in and look at anything before your event.

What lighting do you offer?

Multicolor LED uplights, Italian bistro lights, a disco ball, and an 8' lighted tree — all rental pieces you place yourself. If you'd rather not handle placement, setup is available for an additional fee.
