Party Connection (174 Collins Street, Suite 104, Memphis, TN 38112) runs this website to show our rental catalog and let you request quotes. Here is what information the site touches, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Quote and contact requests

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, event date, venue or ZIP code, your item list, and your message.

Your quote list

As you browse, your quote list is saved in your own browser (localStorage) so it's still there when you come back. It stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit it.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device type. Google Analytics uses cookies; Cloudflare's analytics are cookie-free. Neither tells us who you are.

How we use it

We use your quote and contact information for one thing: responding to you and handling your rental. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that deliver it to us — for example, the email and notification services that route your form submission to our staff.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and contact submissions as long as we need them to answer you and manage your rental, and business records as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser — the site works fine without them. You can clear your saved quote list by clearing your browser's site data. And you can always call (901) 309-9664 or email [email protected] to ask what we have from you or to have it deleted.
