Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm, and Saturday from 9am to noon. Yes, Saturday — delivery runs six days even though the showroom is open Monday through Friday. And we routinely deliver and pick up at non-standard hours for an additional fee, so an early load-in or a late-night pickup is a normal request, not a favor. Every delivery fee is quoted by distance and order size before you book, so there are no dollar-figure surprises on event day.
What standard delivery covers
Standard delivery rates are based on first-floor delivery with no stairs, within 50 feet of the delivery vehicle, and to an easily accessible area. Deliveries up or down stairs or elevators, during non-standard hours, to areas with difficult access, or beyond 50 feet of the vehicle carry an additional delivery charge. Party Connection determines whether a particular delivery needs an increased charge — and it goes on your quote, not on a surprise invoice.
Setup & breakdown
Want us to set the room, not just deliver? Setup and breakdown of equipment — tables, chairs, tablecloths, chair covers, and more — is available for an additional fee. It's never automatically included, so say the word when you book and ask a staff member for rates.
Getting your order ready for return pickup
To avoid additional charges, have everything ready when the truck comes back: tables and chairs folded and left under cover, dishes and glassware rinsed free of food and packed in their crates. If you know you won't be able to rinse dishes before return, make special arrangements with us in advance.
Will-call pickup in Midtown
Plenty of orders never need a truck. Pick up at our warehouse at 174 Collins Street, Suite 104 — Midtown, just off Sam Cooper — on the business day nearest your event, and return the next business day. Will-call runs during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, and it's a natural fit for small orders and for caterers running their own crews.
Where we deliver
Our delivery area covers the Mid-South across three states: Memphis and all of Shelby County, north through Millington into Tipton County — Atoka, Munford, Brighton, and Covington are regular runs for us, and we've handled Brighton High School's events year after year — east to Oakland and Somerville, south through Southaven, Horn Lake, Olive Branch, and Hernando in Mississippi, and across the river to West Memphis and Marion, Arkansas.
