Hernando is the southern edge of our delivery map, and a regular stop on it. The DeSoto County seat does its celebrating around the historic courthouse square — farmers market Saturdays, A'Fair each May, Dickens of a Christmas when the holidays come — and its weddings, reunions, and rehearsal dinners stretch from square storefronts to farms outside town. Since 1987, we have been the Memphis call for the tables that seat them, linens for a courthouse-square wedding, and the china to match.
On the Hernando calendar
A'Fair — More than fifty years running — the county's premier arts and crafts festival, drawing thousands to the square each May.
Hernando Farmers Market — Takes the square on Saturday mornings, April through October, with live music.
Dickens of a Christmas — When the holidays arrive, carriage rides and a skating rink come to the square.
What Hernando rents from us
A town this good at public gatherings throws plenty of private ones too — and those are the ones that need our tables. Chiavari chairs, linens, china, and glassware set the square-storefront weddings and rehearsal dinners; tables, chairs, and chafers travel to the reunions and farm gatherings outside town.
Straight down I-55 to the end of our map. Hernando is as far south as we deliver — and we're there regularly. Runs go out Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to noon, quoted by distance and order size, with the exact fee on your quote before you commit. Standard delivery is first-floor, no stairs, within 50 feet of the truck, and setup and breakdown are available for an additional fee.
No — Hernando is our southern limit. Inside it, DeSoto County is regular territory: Hernando, Horn Lake, Southaven, and Olive Branch, Monday through Saturday.
Can you supply a wedding or reception in Hernando?
Yes. Tell us your date, venue or address, and guest count, and we'll quote the full tablescape — Chiavari chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware — from our 2026 price list, confirmed on your quote.
Can I pick my order up instead of paying for delivery?
Yes — our showroom at 174 Collins Street in Midtown Memphis is open Monday through Friday, 9 to 4, walk-ins welcome. Orders can be picked up the business day nearest your event and returned the next business day.
