Chafing dish rental starts at $25.00, in standard and crown chafer styles, alongside electric food warmers, heat lamps — including one with a carving station — Cambro warmers, coolers, and a 3.5 cu. ft. electric freezer. Beverage service runs from 100-cup percolators and coffee carafes to glass, silver, and gold punch service, drink dispensers, and the frozen drink machine at $350.00. For dessert, cake plateaus, a seven-tier tree stand, and a whole shelf of cupcake stands handle everything from wedding cake to cupcake tables. Serving pieces — ladles, tongs, platters, bread baskets, gravy boats — rent by the piece. Caterers have leaned on this wall of equipment since 1987, and DIY hosts are just as welcome to it.
